Hardware Report

This is the first report being made after the milestone of surpassing 120 days of being online. Our services are non-stop and continuously delivering at an optimum level. All servers have been online in a ready state since October 2024. This includes all available hardware within Horizon's network, all servers and connection terminals were seen online at all times, there were no down-times recorded. The only issues we faced in the time period were those with the Internet Service Provider (ISP) - Reliance Jio, who held maintenance for its internet services located at and within our physical address locations. There were no other issues seen in the hardware infrastructure of the Horizon Community.

The servers did go down for a small time during the ISP repair and reboot period which is why we're seeing less than the total number of days in the uptime in the screenshot provided below. The total uptime is 120 days, 80 (previously recorded) + 50 (currently recoded) days of being in service. Some services show a lesser number because they had been rebooted for reasons related to software performance and service reboots. We want the maximum time within our service period to be reflected. We don't have a screenshot of the previous period but it looks similar to the one posted above.

Network Report

In our network, we have a VPN which is internal facing. There were no downtimes related to VPN within the 120 days of being in service. There were no issues seen related to the VPN setup and the external facing network which is our public network hosted at OVH, there were no downtimes seen in both networks. We don't have a graph or visual analysis of the total number of connections or visitors since the beginning of our hosting period, we want to get that established in the next 3 months. We will provide a better representation of the number of connections and the total visitors to our sites. It will be a good report to keep for community administration and member review.

We want to make sure that our services are as professional as possible. Members can help us understand where we stick out in terms of service by providing us reviews. This is the only report we have for our current time period. Be in concern for the next report to arrive in July 2025, where we will hopefully have a better representation of the data and statistics for our Hardware and Networking, as well as traffic reports.
