Posted October 9, 2024Oct 9 It has been a long time since our community has formed, people have joined in from various places and ascended from various community cultures. But what troubles my mind is that we're distant and don't have a good communication or lack a certain level of trust. When I think about a community that is online and is well-created I think that people are involved and are working on something together. It may be for social needs, for professional needs or for personal reasons. I think that for us, our community lies between personal and professional reasons. It has been this way for a long while because people either get what they want out of it and leave, or stay around to make others involved in their businesses.  I want to create a social need for the community by introducing ways by which we can get together and communicate. It does not bring in a feeling of affection or a monetary gain from it but just being social is what I require the community to be. There are a lot of times many feelings of awkwardness that come about when we communicate. That is because of an immature hold on us stopping us from communicating naturally and in a well-educated manner. We need this feeling to go away. Shed the immaturity and look forward to a brighter, more positive and intelligent way to communicate - The social way. The association of a conversation with a feeling or a thought is gone and now we're looking towards a give and take motion of words that keep you engaged and informed about things. That is the power of a social thinker, to get and give information thinking about only words which make up his knowledge. Thinking on the line of information givers and takers makes you believe that there is gold out there. Gold in the form of knowledge and by getting more knowledge you can attain more value at the cost of nothing to a bare minimum of sharing a few words. Knowledge is formed by communicating, listening, thinking, seeing and believing. Lets take our community to the next level by communicating simply for the sake of knowledge and nothing else. Friends are not the only reason we learn to communicate, lets share our knowledge and make the personal reasons sit aside for a while. The next time you need something from me, don't be afraid to ask about a task or a thing that I'm working on. What have I got in that area of my thinking that will give you some perspective into my knowledge.  I want people to think like this so we share more thought and communicate frequently rather than find an emotional or business need to do so. It may seem so that this is also one of the business needs for someone who is frequently asking about things from another person but you will be surprised to learn that the person being asked is understood better by the questioner than people who otherwise talk to him. It is very interesting to see how people work and simply for a social reason, not to achieve anything from it professionally or have a personal incentive. It also makes good reason to start a conversation and arrives at the recipient's ear with an objective appeal rather than a subjective one.  After many years of communicating with people, I find that you will share a relationship that is more personal because you've been together a long while. That should be the goal of having personal relationships, that you stick together for a long while and be educated by one another's way of thinking. I want to appeal for a change in our community where we talk for social reasons as much as possible and in fact all the while. I don't mind if people are just typing something that doesn't mean much on the community boards but I really want my community to talk all the while. Either here or on Discord. It is much better to stay connected than to sit in a non-communicative way after meeting. Lets hope that from this post on, we get more posts on our boards as well. I as a community administrator will also see to it that I administrate in a way that meets these needs of the social goal of our community more than the business or the personal side of it. Let’s wish that we get more members to put aside a forum less noticed and bring the future of popularity and celebrations to us.    Best, Sephus.
